+ all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date
+ sale items purchased for 20% off or more and all accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
+ all boots must be returned in new, unworn condition. - please note that many of our boots are distressed in the factory so scuffs on toes and slight distressing of the soles are a NORMAL part of the distressing process. It is very obvious to tell when a boot has been actually worn.
+ boots must be returned in their original box + placed inside an additional protective sleeve [poly mailer] or box.
+ if an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please send it back with a note explaining the damage or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ return shipping cost is your responsibility
+ fill out the return form included in your order. You should include name used to order and the date.

A refund to your original payment method will be processed 2-4 business days after the eligible item is received.

Because No Roots Boots inventory changes very rapidly + boots are often out of stock quickly after release day -- we do not have a traditional exchange program.
Here's what you can do:
+ place a new order on our website for the items you wish to purchase in the size you need. This ensures your items do not sell out before we receive your return.
+ we will not hold any items while waiting on your returns because it makes it very difficult to keep an accurate inventory on the backend so purchasing the new size and shipping the old one back for a refund to your original form of payment eliminates that issue.
